1. Operator

2. What Data Do We Process?

• Account information: username, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), avatar, profile description, registration date, and last login date.
• Linked Discord accounts: Discord ID, username, display name, and avatar.
• Linked Steam Accounts: Steam ID, profile name, avatar, and profile link.
• Linked Riot Games / League of Legends accounts: PUUID, Riot ID (name#TAG), game server, and verification time. We never store your password or Riot access tokens.
• Website activity: points, achievements, “likes” on articles, mini-game results, and team membership.
• Security data: hashed IP address and browser information for login attempts and mini-games (protection against abuse and cheating).
• Contact form: first name, last name, email address, and message.

3. Why We Process Data

• Creating and managing a user account and profile (performance of the contract—Terms of Use).
• Link the game and community accounts of your choice, and display your verified game account on your profile.
• Community features—points, achievements, leaderboards, contests, and tournaments.
• Website security, protection against account abuse and fraud (legitimate interest).
• Replies to messages sent via the contact form.

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Integration with Discord, Steam, and Riot Games

Linking accounts is optional. For Discord and Steam, you log in directly on their websites, and we only receive the basic public account information listed above from them.

For League of Legends, we use the official Riot Games API. We use the data from it (Riot ID, PUUID, server, profile icon upon verification) solely to verify that the account belongs to you and to display it on your profile. We do not generate alternative player ratings (MMR/ELO) and do not display hidden game information.

A single game account can be linked to only one profile on our website.

5. Who Else Has Access to the Data?

• The hosting provider whose servers host the website and database (EU).
• Discord, Valve (Steam), and Riot Games—only if you set up the account link yourself.
• DeepL – automatic translation of website content into other languages. We only send website text, not personal data.
• Google Fonts – When a font is loaded, your IP address is sent to Google.

Only your username, avatar, points, achievements, teams, and linked game accounts on your profile are publicly visible on the website.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: session cookies (to keep you logged in and protect form data) and cookies to save your language preference. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

7. How Long We Retain Data

• Information about the account and linked accounts—as long as the account exists. We will delete this information once the account is closed.
• Logins attempt records – stored only for a short period of time, as long as necessary to protect the account.
• Messages from the contact form – while we are processing your request.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, request data portability, and object to its processing. You can unlink your game account at any time and request that your account be deleted—just send us an email.

If you believe we are handling your data improperly, you can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
